 A newly constructed, state of the art, covered unloading area for waste oily substances allows Future Transfer to house two rail cars and two tankers inside a fully approved, spill confined transfer facility. This facility was developed in conjunction with the city planners, by law enforcement agencies and the MOE.
Brine Generation Plant  In addition to the Waste Transfer Facility, Future Transfer Co. Inc. has constructed a Brine Manufacturing Plant where they will manufacture Brine for road de-icer compounds in the winter and Dust Control Products in the summer. Only 100% biodegradable products, such as corn extract and sugar beets, will be used in the manufacturing of these products. This facility also has the capacity to store 240,000 litres of finished product in their two insulated tanks. Once the product has been manufactured, Future Transfer Co. Inc. then has the ability to transport the de-icer to tank farms for road applications in the winter as well as to custom apply the dust control product in the spring, summer and fall seasons.
Additional Track Future Transfer Co. Inc. is currently in the process of laying 2 kms of track on their property. This will enable them to use their facility more efficiently and provide their customers with optimal service. Track Mobiles This year Future Transfer Co. Inc. have added a second rail car mover to their fleet. With the increased volumes and the new track, they have decided that the best way to provide a shunt service was to purchase a newer and more powerful Track mobile.
