Currently operating out of two locations our combined square footage between the two facilities represent 92,000 square feet of space to meet all of your warehousing needs. All warehousing operations meet and exceed the Agricultural Warehousing Standards Association (AWSA) and Crop Protection Institute of Canada (CPIC) standards. All forklift operators are trained and re-certified every 3 years. From our Aylmer location we operate a 40,000 sq ft heated warehouse for seasonal storage and cross docking. We also offer a separate heated 12,000 sq. ft warehouse for your re-packaging, warehousing needs. In this warehouse you will find legal-for-trade truck scale where we weigh all of our tankers, both inbound prior to unloading and outbound, prior to delivery, thus ensuring an accurate inventory. Operating out of our Brownsville location, we offer a heated 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse where we have the ability to provide our customers with warehousing, cross docking, bulk storage, repackaging services as well as drum crushing services. We are currently designing a customized Inventory Management System (K.I.S.S.) that will track and report all inbound receipts, outbound shipments, production and utilized sq. footage. This system will enable the customer to gain access through the web and a protected password to gain information on their levels of inventory stored within our warehouses. Implementation for this program is scheduled for the autumn of 2007.
